Role:
Develop and implement strategies to automate various manufacturing processes and operations
Lead a team of automation engineers and technicians to design, configure, and maintain automated systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Oversee testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated equipment and systems
Analyse data and metrics to continually optimize the performance of automated processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
Perform internal quality system audit
Provide training and support to production staff on the use of automated systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in an automation, medical or manufacturing engineering role
Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing automated systems
Strong technical expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial robotics
Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP and IOPQ
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of automation professionals
Familiar with industry standards and regulations related to industrial automation
