Responsibilities
Provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.
Supporting for internal and external events.
Carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults
Diagnose, test and resolve A/V equipment and media system problems
Support in-house Video Conferencing technology
Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Engineering or related
Min 2 years of experience in the operation, engineering or installation of AV system
