We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Technician to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems for meetings, events, and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV equipment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video conferencing systems, and lighting.
- Provide on-site technical support during meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain and repair AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate AV needs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV systems.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.
- Document AV setups and maintain inventory of equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating AV systems, video conferencing platforms and control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
