Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including working capital finance, term loans, cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance and foreign exchange.

The Industrials team specifically covers corporates engaged in manufacturing of capital goods and industrial materials - core sectors which underpin the global economy.
Responsibilities
Establish coverage and relationship with companies in the Industrials segment across DBS’ footprintsIdentify and onboard new-to-bank clients and deepen wallet share in existing relationships through cross sell of capital markets, treasury, transaction banking, supply chain and digital solutionsResponsible for delivering agreed revenue targets for the assigned portfolioSupport formulation and implementation of the Industrials global strategy by deepening understanding of the sector and identifying relevant areas for growth and managing risk.Develop and grow global business from the assigned joint coverage portfolio by engaging the client’s regional / global decision makers, developing and executing a global account planWork closely with other in-country relationship managers and other internal stakeholders including product groups to help grow the bank’s Industrials franchise globallyDevelop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs/Jobs-to-be-done and facilitate co-creation of solutions along with the client and internal product groupsOriginate and lead execution of mandates across various products such as Cash & Trade, Treasury, Structured Finance and Capital MarketsEnsure timely and high-quality submission of RFPs, client pitches, meeting deal execution timelines, credit memos and annual reviewsPrepare financial models with profit and loss, balance sheet & cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptionsProactive monitoring and management of accounts, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action including elevation to senior bankers and creditHandle loan & security documentation negotiationsRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate & investment bankingStrong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry researchGood working knowledge of treasury, capital markets and transaction banking products, including cash management and trade finance solutionStrong skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams in origination and executionResults-oriented and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunitiesTeam player possessing excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a drive to meet business targetsPrimary Location
