Your new role
Reporting directly to the Vice President, the governance, risk and compliance professional will play a key role within the group governance team in Singapore, acting as a key trusted business partner and subject-matter expert in Enterprise Risk Management and governance.
This role is responsible for developing risk management frameworks, monitoring key risks, controls and driving compliance and resilience across the group business locally and overseas.
This role involves leading risk assessments, conducting thematic reviews, implementing control self-assessments, and providing insights through data analytics and reporting to senior management and the Risk Committee.
The incumbent will also support strategic initiatives related to business resilience, regulatory compliance, and sustainability risk, ensuring the Group operates within its risk appetite while balancing business performance and compliance objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require minimally 8 to 15 years of experience in accountancy, finance or engineering.
You are someone who is vocal and has excellent communication skills to handle various key stakeholders.
You have an eye for detail, business acumen and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Experience with dashboard, daya analytical tools will be a plus.
