Job description

We are a leading technology solution provider who is dedicated to revolutionizing industries through innovative technologies and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the Healthcare industry segment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, a proven track record of success in selling relevant digital healthcare solutions and be adept at selling our suite of technology solutions to healthcare organizations in Singapore, while also excelling in account management to nurture and grow existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within Singapore healthcare sector.

  • Leverage existing relationships and networks within the healthcare sector in Singapore to nurture new business opportunities.

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on C-level executives, decision-makers, influencers within healthcare organizations and respective partnership network to support business growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives, effectively articulate how our digital healthcare solutions can address those needs and provide values.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting, qualifying leads/ opportunities, delivering presentations, developing proposal, negotiating contracts, to closing deals.

  • Provide exceptional account management by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Marketing, to develop customized solutions to meet client requirements and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Technology or Business Management related discipline like Computer Engineering, Business Administration, etc.

  • Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experiences of B2B technology/ software solutions, with a proven track record of success in selling relevant solutions to the Healthcare organizations.

  • Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry landscape, including regulatory requirements, challenges, trends and ecosystem.

  • Established network of contacts within the healthcare sector.

  • Good listening, strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, client management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in account management and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
