HR Operations Transformation
Our client is a leading global investment management firm with a strong and expanding presence across Asia Pacific.
As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an accomplished HR Operations Specialist to join its regional HR team.
This newly created role presents a rare opportunity to shape HR operations for a fast-growing platform, driving efficiency and excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening HR capabilities and ensuring a seamless employee experience across multiple Asian markets.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, driving consistency and operational efficiency across offices in the region.
Partnering closely with business leaders and HR colleagues, you will support the execution of key people initiatives, ensure compliance with policies and practices, and contribute to broader organizational effectiveness.
In addition to HR operational responsibilities, you will provide trusted executive support to part of the leadership team, including managing travel, expenses, and executive coordination.
This dual remit offers unique exposure to both core HR operations and senior leadership, positioning you as an integral contributor to the firm's growth and transformation journey.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with 8-12 years of HR operations experience, ideally gained in global financial institutions, professional services firms, or other leading multinationals.
Adept at navigating complex, fast-paced environments, you combine strong organizational capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You are articulate, polished, and professional, with the maturity to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidence.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, to support its significant business operations in China.
