Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Software Developer (Investment Services)?
Partner with Investment Services Private and Public Markets Department to provide best-in-class technology and data solutions.
Identify challenges, opportunities, and gaps in the business processes and helps build technology strategy and roadmap to address them
Plan and manage the technical tasks and schedules to ensure delivery throughout the product lifecycle
Help define and shape the technology strategy, target architecture and technology roadmap
Be responsible for designing and delivering advanced solutions that incorporate a diverse range of technologies.
You will use a combination of agile and planned approaches to provide innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of the private markets business
Actively keep up to date with new technologies and promote the adoption of new initiatives
Ensure security compliance by design and timely patching and upgrades
What makes you a successful candidate?
Minimum of 8 years professional experience in implementing large scale distributed applications
Experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional software development teams
Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling and secure coding practices
Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and Cloud native applications
In-depth understanding of coding languages such as C#, Java
Would be beneficial to have a strong understanding with practical experience in the following areas:
One or more public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), messaging infrastructure (Kafka, RabbitMQ), databases, etc.
Infrastructure as Code (Container Orchestration, Observability, CI/CD)
Have an understanding of the Financial Services sector
Understanding of open-source and AI/ML platforms and tools for feasibility of usage and integration from an infrastructure perspective is advantageous
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related discipline is advantageous
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Kanban or Test-Driven Development
