Assistant Boutique Manager

- Working hours: Retail Hours
- Salary: Up to $6,500 + Team Commissions + AWS
Purpose:
Oversee day-to-day boutique operations while acting as a brand ambassador.
Translate corporate objectives into actionable boutique goals, optimize resources, and support the boutique manager in achieving sales targets, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Achieve personal and boutique sales targets in line with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Maximize profitability while controlling costs, discounts, and third-party commissions.
- Analyze missed sales opportunities and develop strategies to improve future performance.
- Organize private viewings for VIP clients and support boutique manager in business planning.
- Assist with monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions to drive results.
Team Leadership & Development
- Act as manager-on-duty in the boutique manager's absence.
- Identify training needs and assist in onboarding and developing boutique staff.
- Ensure staff adherence to brand appearance, conduct, and uniform standards.
- Organize team schedules and manage conflicts to ensure fair allocation of work and opportunities.
Store Operations & Management
- Maintain overall boutique appearance and uphold brand standards.
- Implement new visual merchandising concepts and ensure timely store execution.
- Monitor stock accuracy, conduct regular stocktaking, and prevent discrepancies.
- Oversee maintenance of boutique timepieces, including servicing and repairs.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Manage cash register operations in compliance with fiscal and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, track orders, and coordinate stock replenishments.
- Report daily and monthly sales, identifying operational strengths and areas for improvement.
Customer Experience & CRM
- Support the boutique team in delivering exceptional customer service and brand experiences.
- Participate in VIP events and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client complaints with care and coordinate after-sales support as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining and growing the VIP and prospect database for sales and marketing initiatives.
