About the Role
We're looking for a B2B Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of sales, relationships, and service.
You'll manage the full client journey — from first outreach to long-term satisfaction — working closely with our Product and Operations teams to deliver exceptional workplace solutions for companies, institutions, and hospitality spaces.

What You'll Do

Sales & Growth
- Identify and engage new B2B opportunities (corporates, schools, hotels, co-working spaces).
- Prepare proposals and quotations that match client needs and budgets.
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Account Management & Servicing
- Act as the main contact for clients — from PO to delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Ops, Admin) for smooth fulfilment.
- Manage delivery schedules, payments, and client expectations.
- Gather feedback and ensure post-delivery satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, orders, and communications.
- Report weekly to the Chief Commercial Officer on sales progress and key accounts.
- Attend alignment meetings and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client servicing (furniture, interiors, design, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — professional yet personable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once.
- Driven to achieve results while protecting company profitability.
- Positive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team.
