Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B ERP Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
This role is responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver ERP products that meet the evolving needs of our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for ERP modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, procurement).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to gather requirements and align product strategy with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP solutions in client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on ERP systems in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP domains such as finance, supply chain, or HR.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SaaS-based ERP products.
- Knowledge of integration with CRM, BI, or other enterprise systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
