Job Description

What a B2B & Product Marketing Manager does at Visa:

Reporting to the Director of B2B and Product Marketing for Commercial Solutions, the B2B & Product Marketing Manager for Commercial Solutions is a strategic role focused on driving key growth initiatives.

In this role, you will establish yourself as a valuable member of the Commercial Solutions team in Asia Pacific, driving our sales targets by delivering customer-centric initiatives and go-to-market plans that set Visa apart with Clients and Partners across the region.

This includes driving demand and lead generation, thought leadership and content creation, and bringing insights to action through market intelligence & analysis.

You will collaborate closely with the regional Visa Commercial Solutions leads, regional Sales, regional Corporate Communications, and our regional and global marketing teams to develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand and adoption of our solutions with commercial clients.

You are a strategic thinker, obsessed with our customers, focused on generating demand for our solutions, and adept at tracking performance with data to demonstrate what works and what doesn't.

Working in an agile environment, you must proactively ensure we achieve our goals and be skilled at pivoting and adjusting as new information and opportunities arise.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to learn and understand customer journeys as they pertain to the use of Visa solutions are also essential.

Key responsibilities:

Demand and lead generation:

  • Design, support, and execute lead generation campaign strategies that showcase our commercial offerings, clearly communicate our value, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Lead the planning and execution of Visa-led events and webinars that position us as an industry leader and generate demand.

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and engage in priority industry events that support our B2B marketing strategy.

    Lead the development of event content and engagement strategies to raise awareness of our offerings and engage key decision-makers.

  • Develop B2B marketing playbooks, audience engagement strategies and campaign frameworks to drive awareness and demand across diverse markets in Asia Pacific.

  • Create and localise sales enablement tools that empower sales team to engage target clients effectively.

  • Continuously track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.

Thought leadership and content creation:

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Visa’s position as a trusted thought leader in the B2B payments ecosystem.

  • Understand target audiences and their motivations, and their advocate inside Visa -- who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then synthesising the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging.

  • Develop compelling and relevant multi-channel content – from web and social to event presentation – that drives engagement and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality content and speaking materials for industry events.

Bring insights to action:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities to shape marketing strategies and content.

  • Analyse campaign and event data to generate actionable insights that guide decision making and inform future programs.

  • Measure and report on marketing performance, tracking KPIs and revenue impact, and sharing results with senior leaders across the business.

  • Work closely with Sales and regional teams to ensure smooth lead management, from marketing engagement to sales conversion.

As the B2B and Product Marketing Manager for Commercial Solutions, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our Asia Pacific B2B marketing efforts and play a vital role in achieving our growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or Product Management/Marketing, preferably in payments, financial services, or technology.

  • Proven experience in demand generation, campaign management, and event marketing.

  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to optimise performance and guide strategy.

  • Excellent content creation skills with an audience-first approach, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM software.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present with impact.

  • Strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
