Job Scope:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their needs and present company solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor individual sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help refine strategies and offerings.
- Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth deal execution.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Class 3A Driving license (required for site visits and client meetings).
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
