Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships; conduct regular visits to key accounts and identify potential needs to increase customer satisfaction.
Solution & Proposal : Provide tailored fire protection equipment solutions and quotations based on customer requirements; lead business negotiations and contract signing.
Project Management : Follow up on project execution, coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery and service quality.
Market Intelligence : Collect industry trends and competitor information; analyze market dynamics and provide insights for product improvement and strategic planning.
Sales Target Achievement : Develop sales plans according to company objectives and ensure achievement of assigned revenue and margin targets.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; experience in fire protection equipment, safety products, construction materials, or related industries is preferred.
Familiar with bidding/tendering processes; proven experience in large-scale project sales is a strong plus.
Strong skills in client acquisition, business negotiation, and project follow-up.
High sense of responsibility, result-driven, and able to work under pressure; willingness to travel frequently.
Experience in managing sales teams or existing distributor/channel resources is a plus.
