Reporting to the Sales Director (SEA), you'll be responsible for driving solution-based sales across Singapore, Riau Islands, and the Philippines - with a strong focus on distribution management and technical engagement.
You will manage key channel partners, and promote my client's technology edge to both distributors and end users.

In Southeast Asia, the Singapore hub houses the technical centre, showroom, and regional leadership - supporting major industries such as marine, offshore, construction, and general manufacturing.
Description
- Drive sales growth through existing and new distributors across assigned SEA markets
- Develop and execute individual territory sales plans based on product categories and routes to market
- Provide technical guidance and solution-selling support for key customer applications
- Engage directly with shipyards, OEMs, and fabricators where required
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams on new opportunities (e.g., automation or additive)
- Support product launches, training programmes, and webinars with distributors and end users
Profile
- Proven track record in technical or solution sales, preferably within industrial, machinery, welding, or cutting technologies
- Strong channel management experience and ability to influence both distributors and end users
- Willing to travel ~30% regionally
