Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-12 years of experience in back office operations or management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with back office software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
