As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following Internship:
We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a minimum of 6 months, with full-time preferred.
Responsibilities - Design and build applications that implement KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) protocols to mitigate compliance risks.
Educate advertisers with integrity insights and foster trust between users and TikTok.
- Design and implement strategies to protect users from advertisers with substandard or harmful mobile apps.
This involves leveraging data analysis, building predictive models, and engineering robust infrastructure to ensure a safe and reliable user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to address risky leads, balancing user experience, revenue, and risk.
This involves extensive work on predictive modeling, rigorous data analysis, and building robust infrastructure.
- Build infrastructure to run large-scale surveys and optimize the feedback loop for actionable user insights on advertisement conversions.
This critical task is essential for evaluating the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Work closely with product managers and data scientists to iterate strategies, prototype innovative solutions, and launch experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Engage in engineering planning and execution with teams across multiple locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Perform critical troubleshooting and problem resolution during on-call duty, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited and reputable institution.
- Strong programming skills with a demonstrated ability to design and write clean, efficient code.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and databases.
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
