Baker | Up to $2,500 + AWS
- Working Location: North Bridge Road
- Working Days: 5 days including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday (44 hours per week)
- Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items according to recipes and customer requirements.
- Measure, mix, and knead dough and batters using hand tools or bakery equipment.
- Monitor baking process, set oven temperatures, and adjust baking times to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Decorate, glaze, or finish baked goods as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and baking equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Manage ingredient inventory, check deliveries, and report shortages to supervisors.
- Innovate and develop new recipes or seasonal bakery products to attract customers.
- Provide excellent service by fulfilling special orders or custom requests when needed.
