- Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,800
- Working hours: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm | 8.30am - 5.30pm | 8am - 5pm (Able to choose the working hours)
- Location: Science Park Rd (Nearest MRT Kent Ridge)
Job Description
- Daily preparation and production of cake and pastry products sample
- Perform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products
- Creating new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results experimentation
- Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes
- To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes
- Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools
- Decorating finished products
- Assist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure it is relevant to the current needs of the target customer
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
- 3 years' working experience in the cake bakery
- Possess knowledge of baking skills and techniques
