About the Opportunity
We are an established artisan bakery production team looking for passionate individuals who take pride in baking and creating high-quality bread and pastry products.
Multiple openings are available for both junior and senior-level bakers who wish to build a long-term career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a range of bread and pastry items according to quality standards
- Maintain product consistency and manage ingredients efficiently
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
- For senior roles: supervise daily production, train and guide team members, ensure smooth operations, and oversee recipe costing and stock control
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for junior positions, 3–5 years for mid-level, and 8+ years for senior positions
- Certificate or Diploma in Pastry & Bakery preferred
- Used to production work routines and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Currently based in Singapore or planning to stay long-term
