Role Overview
Interact with internal & external customers to answer customers queries related to Corporate Banking products.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, & professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general & transactional enquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to acknowledging & resolve customer queries & requests.
- Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
- Consistently deliver high quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising risk & quality of service delivery standards.
- Able to multi-task while speaking to customers & toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
