- Lead end-to-end project management for corporate banking system initiatives across APAC.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, assurance standards, and risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define scope, requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Manage project health across budget, scope, schedule, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regional and HO functions.
- Promote continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, project management, or related field.
- 10–15 years of project management experience, with proven track record in corporate banking systems.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and assurance practices.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-country banking projects.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage but not mandatory.
