F&B Operations Executive

Role Overview:

To assist in the overall management of the Lobby Bar.

This role is responsible for creating a professional impression to internal and external customers.

  • Establish guest service standards that meet the needs of the target market.

  • Assist in ensuring the team creates a professional impression to internal and external customers.

  • Plan on-the-job training programs for team members.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the bar for service, ensuring it is ready to meet customer expectations.
• Obtain feedback from guests and use it to improve service quality.
• Communicate with managers regarding disciplinary matters.
• Liaise with maintenance staff to resolve issues and schedule cleaning tasks.
• Train service bar staff on best practices for providing superior service.
• Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, and grooming standards of the lobby bar area and staff.
• Inspect physical conditions of furniture and decorations.
• Assist with promotional opportunities to drive departmental sales and profit targets.
• Conduct inventory of beverage supplies, operating supplies, food supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor payroll costs by ensuring duty schedules align with forecasted business levels.
• Maximize opportunities for departmental sales and profit targets.
• Adhere to food and beverage controls at all times.
• Assist in maintaining and improving departmental operating standards.
• Effectively manage the lobby bar in the absence of senior management.
