Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all coffee and beverage according to recipes and standards.
- Support daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting low stock of coffee, milk, and other supplies.
- Care for and maintain coffee equipment and tools, following cleaning schedules.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and community events.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent (Barista training or certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty café or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods; willingness to learn specialty techniques.
- Friendly personality and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service quality.
- Meticulous attention to quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
- Food Hygiene Certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
