Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment throughout the day
Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies, and restock when necessary
Support team members during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help
Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor
Strong interest in coffee and café culture, with a good understanding of espresso fundamentals
Comfortable operating manual and semi-automatic espresso machines
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Friendly and service-driven, with clear communication skills
