Role Overview:
This role is responsible for developing
state-of-the-art BCD (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS)
technologies in a 300mm fab environment.
The engineer will collaborate closely with process integration, SPICE modeling, PDK, and design enablement teams to meet customer-specific device and performance requirements for consumer and automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand BCD device requirements for both active and passive components.
Generate device P-cell layouts and collaborate with modeling teams to develop accurate SPICE models.
Work with PDK and design enablement teams to implement application-specific device features.
Enhance device performance and characteristics based on customer feedback and application needs.
Manage multiple customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery through effective project coordination.
Ideal Requirements:
Master's or PhD
in
Electronics Engineering or Physics
(Bachelor's acceptable with strong fundamentals).
3+ years (Master/PhD) or 5+ years (Bachelor) of hands-on
BCD device development experience.
Strong understanding of
DMOS
and
low-voltage analog device design, characterization, and reliability.
