Salary: $4000 - $6000
Location: Bedok
Working days: Monday - Friday 9am – 530pm
Job Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales of turnkey IoT solutions, including BMS systems, Smart Home, Security Systems, and Smart Access/Door Solutions across the loca & SEA region.
Identify, engage, and develop strong business networks with System Integrators (SIs), Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and building/property owners.
Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiation, and closing of projects.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored turnkey solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging smart solution technologies to propose innovative offerings to clients.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reporting.
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
2–3 years of proven experience in
B2B project sales , preferably in turnkey solutions, IoT, BMS, Smart Solutions, or System Integration.
Strong experience in
tendering and bidding for projects , with knowledge of the tender process, documentation, and compliance.
Solid business network with
SIs, Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and/or property owners
is highly preferred.
