Remunerations:
Up to $7,000 + yearly increment + 13 mths Aws + Variable Bonus + permanent staff benefit
Responsibilities
Work with senior management to develop selection criteria & key negotiation terms for technology licensing, JV or other collaboration methods.
Contribute to achieve long term strategic plan of expansion into key markets.
Identify the areas of opportunities and focus for products & services recommendation.
Identify potential new markets locally and abroad, to create a plan to enter the market.
Develop and use knowledge of the markets to identify, develop and support the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Analyze customer research, current market trend and conditions information.
Research, find, build, develop and enhance new & existing relationships with key business consultant, government, industry association, academic institutions in related areas and turn into business opportunities.
Identify opportunities for selling and distributing channels that will lead to increase business opportunities.
Attend related activities, such as conference and seminars, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Planning and preparing presentations and to conduct information sessions and other presentations of events, products and services to enhance existing/new relationships.
To achieve regional and local sales target and management.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering or any other related discipline.
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development from contract manufacturing, automation industry.
Proactive, dynamic and strategic sales management.
Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
Familiar in using Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
Expected to travel regionally, based on sales engagements and proven track record.
