Responsibilities:
- Support in recruitment, training, development, and retention of store team
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and foster positive team culture
- Plan rosters, team briefings, and ensure grooming & discipline standards
- Drive daily store sales, KPIs, and profitability with hands-on floor presence
- Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and propose action plans
- Lead customer service excellence, CRM initiatives, and manage feedback
- Oversee merchandising, stock control, and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, and audit requirements
- Work closely with Store Director/Area Manager on targets and improvements
