Job Description
As a BIM Coordinator, you will support the technical and design coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Produce and maintain BIM (Revit) models and drawings; ensure accurate data transmission to relevant parties.
- Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to meet project timelines.
- Implement quality management systems, conduct analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and required Level of Development (LOD).
- Supervise site works to comply with quality and EHS requirements.
- Manage inspection and handover processes to achieve high CONQUAS/QM scores.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BIM drafting (Architectural or M&E).
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
