Key Duties:
Oversee daily operations by supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Recruit, train, and develop new staff to maintain service excellence.
Prepare and manage weekly duty rosters to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
Drive sales performance through effective operational execution and service standards.
Manage inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate.
Comfortable to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
