BMS Engineer
Set up, configure, and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators etc.
- Testing to ensure system functionality, and customize BMS programs to meet specific needs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in BMS, including software, hardware, and integration problems.
- Continuously monitor the performance of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems
- Prepare system documentation, including design layouts, wiring diagrams, and configuration files.
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, system performance reports, and project timelines.
- Manage BMS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring within time and budget.
- Develop project schedules, define project scope, allocate resources, and set milestones.
- Monitor project progress and report on status, addressing potential issues or delays.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with BMS systems
- Experience in building automation, HVAC, lighting controls, or energy management is a plus.

BIM Coordinator
- Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
- BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
- To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
- Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
- Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator
- Minimum 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Software knowledge in Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
