JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
Review comment and follow up on new facility design actions on AIS disciplines with focus on Building Management System (BAS & EMS & ELV) during the design stage
Lead activities such as drafting and /or reviewing design and commissioning documents ( URS 、 FS 、 FAT/S AT、IQ/OQ protocols if need ed as well as other technical s pecs related to BMS EMS systems
Lead implementation and commission activities for BMS &EMS systems
Act a s key interface among Global design team, Global AIS technical team and local design firm s on design
action s and technical standards on BMS EMS and ELV systems
Connect with potential vendor on the latest technology and evaluate and apply to new facility design
Support FAT, installation, commission and SAT, IOQ of E MS system including GMP freezer , Incubator and logistic warehouse environment monitoring
Lead the on site system integration of third party system s (PLC, DCS etc) with BMS/EMS systems
Lead & coordinate the AIS discipline activities on site installation , commissioning, and qualifications as p er
project plan and time line f or BMS&EMS This include s management of System Integrators (SIs) and contractors.
Act as BMS&E MS SME t o support site ESG initiatives and identify and drive change identified.
Act as BMS EMS SME to support external and internal audits and follow up audit actions related to AIS discipline.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Generic Engineering, Biochemistry, Automation, Electrical& Instrument with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biological industry.
• Prior working experience in pharmaceutical/biochemical/Biological industry.
Added advantage when familiar with low voltage system eg.
Fire alarm, gas detection, door interlock etc.
• Strong hands-on competency with at least one major brand BMS and with proven track record on handling complex project related to BMS&EMS system on the design and commission stages.
• Good working knowledge on HVAC, BU (chiller, cooling tower, boiler, compressed air) and other 3rd-part system control logic.
And able to align to finalize control strategy with HVAC/BU design lead, package owner and users.
• Good working knowledge on electrical devices such as power meter and VFD.
• Familiar with current international and local EGS regulations and requirements and implementation strategy.
• Strong customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work cross-department and work with multi-discipline to drive project to success.
• Able to communicate and work across different regions and different time zones.
