We are looking for a Boutique Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth boutique operations and an outstanding client journey.
Acting as the first touchpoint for visitors, you will handle client greetings, appointment coordination, and daily operational support to create a seamless and luxurious in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly, manage waiting times, and support Sales Associates during client presentations.
- Handle boutique calls, emails, and appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate allocation to the right team member.
- Support daily boutique activities including workspace preparation, product handling, and payment procedures.
- Maintain CRM data, boutique traffic reports, and assist with administrative tasks such as roster planning.
- Ensure the boutique front area is always presentable, while offering attentive service such as welcome materials and light refreshments.
The Talent
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a luxury or premium service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of another Asian language is an advantage.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic boutique setting.
