What You'll Do
As a Branch Assistant Service Manager, you will immerse yourself in the heart of daily banking operations, ensuring that each client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Provide timely solutions to client queries while referring clients to relevant business units for new services or potential business opportunities.
Maintain excellent customer relations by consistently meeting service level agreement guidelines and striving for positive customer experiences within the branch.
Support the Service Manager in managing various risks within the branch, including transactional, onboarding, and operational risks in line with banking regulations.
