Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Director/Manager, this role focuses on achieving outlet KPIs and managing daily operations:
- Lead a team of 5-8 staff to meet personal and outlet KPIs including: monthly total sales targets, success rate percentage, customer spend per total sales, customer spend per new sales, recurring sales revenue
- Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
- Handle daily operations including customer complaints, staff motivation, coaching, and paperwork.
- Manage staff responsibilities while performing hair treatments when necessary.
- Schedule employee shifts and oversee annual leaves/medical leaves.
- Train and develop staff to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and company events.
Requirements
- Min.
3 years of relevant experience with proven KPI success in a related industry.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
