· Poly diploma holder and above.
· Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Job scope:
· Manage day-to-day enrichment center operations.
· Attend to enquiries (onsite/email/instant messaging or call) effectively.
· Perform transactions including collection of fees.
· Work closely with instructor team to ensure smooth running of classes, ensuring student's well-being while at the center.
· Parent and student engagement.
· Improve on existing operational processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
· Work with marketing team to execute call down/instant messaging/ or email blast to database.
· Occasionally support for outbound lesson delivery at Pre-Schools.
· Organize onsite peripheral selling such as flyer distribution or roadshows.
Work Location:
· Marine Parade Central (4 days per week)
· Jurong Gateway Road (1 day per week).
Working Hours:
· 3 weekdays (12pm to 8:30pm) & 2 weekend days ( 8:30am to 5:30pm).
· Additional hours apply during school holidays.
· Off during public holidays.
· Includes 2 weeks of center breaks annually (on top of 14 days annual leave entitlement).
Skillsets:
· Intermediate to advance user in excel.
Ability to use Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
· Super passionate about engaging with students and parents.
· Good collaborator, independent, meticulous, excellent communicator.
