Service Crew Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service & upsell products
- Cashiering & packing breads/cakes
- Closing reports
- Hygiene, cleaning & any ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Service Ambassador Responsibilities (Vivo only)
- Actively greet, engage, and assist customers
- Perform suggestive selling, upselling, and promotion of products
- Handle cashiering transactions, reports, and packing accurately
- Represent and uphold service excellence and standard as per company guidelines
- Hygiene, cleaning & ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Working Hours
- Full‑Time Service Crew : 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (excluding 1‑hour break).
Shift work, no fixed rest days, no fixed break times.
- Part‑Time Service Crew : 4 days per week (incl 1 weekend).
6 hours per day (no break), based on outlet needs.
Minimum 3 months commitment.
