Job Description:
The Customer Service Liaison role is a critical position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities include answering homeowner queries, processing requests for defect works, handling and resolving complaints, directing calls, and communicating via phone, email or social media.
A key aspect of this role is building positive rapport with all homeowners through effective communication.
This includes scheduling, changing or cancelling appointments for rectification works.
