Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.
Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
Minimum 2 years Experience in Construction Industry;
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field;
