Working Hours:
• 5.5 Days Work Week
(Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm & Saturday, 8.00am – 12.00pm)
Remuneration Package:
• Basic up to S$3,500
• Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and supervise building maintenance and facilities services.
• Oversee building services, including inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Lead technical officers and technicians to ensure effective and safe operations of building systems and equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend improvement or rectification works.
• Troubleshoot and analyse faults; provide sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues and prepare related reports.
• Monitor work progress, drawings, and documentation.
• Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating building works, including enquiries, quotations, and follow-up.
Job Requirements:
• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Building Services, Civil or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in building facilities management.
• Strong organisational, troubleshooting, and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety compliance.
