About the role
As a key member of our property management team, you'll contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain strong tenant relationships, and support building upkeep with your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Whether you're managing maintenance works, interpreting electrical diagrams, or overseeing fit-out and reinstatement projects, you'll gain valuable exposure across multiple asset classes—all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Property Operations & Maintenance – Support daily operations and maintenance works across industrial, residential, and commercial properties, including scheduling repairs and resolving issues.
- Tenant & Contractor Management – Handle tenant concerns, unit handovers/takeovers, and coordinate with contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to building regulations and company policies through regular inspections and safety initiatives.
- Project & Fit-Out Works – Assist in managing assigned projects, including fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works.
- Reporting & Administration – Maintain accurate records, update management systems, and support reporting on property performance and finances.
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
- Hands-on M&E experience
- Able to interpret electrical diagrams
- Manage fit-out / reinstatement / A&A works
- 5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays
