- Co-ordinating and integrating all work performed under the Services
- Represent the Company in all communications with Client under the Contract
- Oversee the management of all personnel, vendors, contractors within their contractual scope of work
- Monitoring of KPIs and ensuring compliances to the performance framework as per contractual terms
- Handles Event venue management
- Handles Event queries and coordination with Hirers
- Monitor and report to the Client on the progress of all work in connection to the Contract
- Oversees the maintenance of the properties for all sites
- Conduct weekly FM meeting with Client and preparation of minutes.
- To supervise, co-ordinate, manage and monitor progress for alteration and renovation projects
- Ensure all maintenance contracts are carried out in compliance with statutory or government authorities' requirements
Requirements
- An approved Degree and above in Building Science / Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
- More than 10 years relevant experience relating to facilities / estate management
