* Required to perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis
Frequency: about once in every 2 to 3 months, rotated among the team depending on the roster.
Timing: from 10am to 3pm.
Will be entitled to one day of Off-in-Lieu (OIL) Leave
Salary:
Up to $3300
Job Responsibilities
Able to work well as a team as well as function independently.
Assist management in verification of onsite setups, fitting outs and reinstatement works as in accordance with approved drawings.
Assist management to uphold the Rules and Regulations, SOPs and make recommendations to Assistant/Operations Manager for improvements on workflow and processes.
Assist with the administration and management on all contractual obligations for maintenance contracts including, facilities management, BMS/BAS, generator sets, replacement, improvement works, and etc.
Conduct inspections and highlight any work to be done where appropriate and follow up on the replacement and rectification works.
Develop and maintain good partnership with contractors and / or vendors for all aspects of utilities and building management.
Ensure the day-to-day facilities management, maintenance of systems, services and processes are consistently kept at high standard to support our operational requirements.
Monitor, facilitate and on the ground inspections with contractors / vendors complete the repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards.
Monitor inventories both under company and vendors con, assist in procurement activities and operation related administrative works.
Monitor the implementation of preventive and/or predictive maintenance program for all M&E systems and services and all its related works to ensure availability of services at optimum function at all times.
Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder from a reputable institution, preferably in Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
Familiar with local Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations.
Experience in the design and/or maintenance of M&E equipment and systems used in commercial buildings.
