Job description

Business Analyst (Change Management Manager)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement within our Transformation Programme Office in the IT Group.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies for transitioning on-premise systems to cloud-based products, along with managing the product operating model.

Your ability to analyze organizational needs and translate them into actionable plans will be crucial for driving successful change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and readiness for change.


Responsibilities
Lead the creation of Change Strategies and Plans, develop stakeholder engagement plans, design and execute change management initiatives, and enable training and coaching for successful change adoption.


Utilize data and analytics to inform and adjust change strategies, conduct impact and stakeholder analyses, and drive change adoption.


Build relationships with product teams and leadership to align project objectives and foster desired behavior shifts.


Maintain collaboration with the Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.


Understand and facilitate business and people readiness for adopting new product management and operating models.


Apply knowledge of Talent & Organisation capabilities, including large-scale transformation, operating models, and organizational design.


Prepare and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including roadshows.


Develop workforce transformation strategies and advise on talent management within the Transformation Programme Office.


Perform other tasks as required by the office.


Qualifications
1-3 years of Change Management experience for Associate Consultants
4-7 years for Consultants
Over 8 years for Senior Consultants
Relevant certifications (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) are highly advantageous
Experience in Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, and Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness
Experience with large-scale transformation projects in the public sector
Ability to manage resistance, risks, and challenges with actionable plans
Strong understanding of transformation projects, especially modernization of legacy systems
Collaborative, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for engaging senior audiences
Experience in designing capability development programs
Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS adoption strategies is a plus
Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level
