Your Key Responsibilities
Product Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise common cloud services based on organisational needs and strategic objectives.
Develop product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and release schedules for common services.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing common cloud offerings.
Product Delivery, Implementation, and Testing:
Lead the implementation and deployment of common cloud services, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
Plan and execute testing phases to validate functionality, performance, and security of deployed services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and security to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Manage product releases and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users.
Product Management and Optimisation:
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics of common cloud services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Implement strategies to enhance service reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding common cloud services, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners/vendors involved in the delivery and support of common services.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management on the performance and strategic direction of common cloud services.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent)
For Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity
For Manager: Minimum 6 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with proven contributions to commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, and/or business consulting support.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Keen appreciation of client’s needs and strong interest in software delivery
Knowledge of test automation will be an advantage
