Job Description

  • Act as the Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives to meet business objectives and goals.

    This includes Business-IT roadmap planning and tracking to ensure good progress in strategic initiatives.

  • Lead solutioning effort and help define end-to-end solutions to meet the desired business objectives and/or gain competitive advantage in the industry.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, market trends and industry best practices to influence the desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate / work with Product Owners and IT Teams to produce high quality project deliverables and support post-implementation issues.

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, regulatory changes and technology to continuously monitor the business needs and identify opportunities to innovate / enhance the products and services to clients.

Role Requirements

  • Proven product, business analysis and digital transformation experience in Trading Products & Solutions – Global Equities, Futures & Forex Markets etc.

  • Well-versed in industry developments and trends.

  • Strong analytical skills – able to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – able to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to liaise with stakeholders to provide creative / alternative solutions to address business problems and generate new ideas.

  • Strong team player – able to take ownership and deliver independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

  • Experience driving digital initiatives with Business and Operations as a Scrum Master or Product Owner will be an advantage.
