Business Analyst (User Task Activity for Core Banking System Implementation)

Responsibilities:
Join the project team to support the implementation of core banking systems across the APAC region, covering trade finance, commercial lending, payments, retail banking (CASA), customer information (Party Module), and general ledger (GLCS)
Plan and lead operational user tasks including creation of plans and procedures
Manage the progress and address any issues related to key operational user tasks, including migration and business rehearsal activities, business continuity planning and procedure development, training sessions, customer and external communications, as well as post-release activities
Standardize documents and procedures from preceding systems and align them with upcoming systems
Coordinate with various teams on the implementation of core banking systems across APAC branches
Manage project tasks from the user side, including operations and rollout standardization
Collaborate with remote members and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects
Familiarity with Trade360, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE CASA, Party Module, and GLCS is a plus
Experience with package system implementation related to core banking
Hands-on experience in project implementation from the user side (large projects preferred)
Experience in planning or executing user tasks such as migration, BCP, and training
Proven expertise in documentation preparation and logical thinking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including managing remote teams and vendor coordination
