About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and resilient Business Assistant to provide dedicated client servicing and administrative support for our client in the financial advisory industry.
What You'll Do:
• Update and maintain clients' financial portfolio consolidations using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Submit medical claims via portals and emails, and process administrative changes to policies (e.g., change of particulars, investment fund switches).
• Communicate with clients on updates and outstanding requirements for ongoing matters.
• Coordinate client review appointments, manage client databases, and support events or gift arrangements.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks on social media platforms and blogs to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in admin support, client servicing, or customer service, ideally in financial services, insurance, or real estate.
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
