As a Business Banking Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and capturing customer wallet share in the offshore market.


Responsibilities:
Acquire new-to-bank, foreign-owned and offshore incorporated entities, and support them in the setup of corporate bank accounts
Conduct thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks prior to onboarding new customers
Promote the Bank's suite of banking products and services to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other services and products, referring these opportunities to relevant teams to capture additional revenue
Proactively engage with existing channel partners to increase customer referrals and develop new referral channels through outbound engagement, expanding the Bank's presence in the offshore market.


Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking, with at least 1 year in a sales or business development role
Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and growing revenue in the commercial banking space
Strong knowledge of cash management products and services, including account opening, payment, and collection solutions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
Experience working with offshore incorporated entities and understanding of their cash management needs
